Getting started

How do I create a profile? Tap "Create free profile" on the home page, verify your email, complete a short onboarding, upload a photo, and you're in.

How do I verify my identity? Aura will prompt you for a live selfie and a photo of a government ID during onboarding. Both are used only for verification and deleted afterward.

Matching

Why is my compatibility score low with someone I like? The score is based on the values you set in onboarding. You can update them anytime in Preferences.

What is the Anti-Ghost queue? If you have too many active chats with unanswered messages, we quietly hide your profile from new matches until you catch up. It keeps the community respectful.

Gifts and Sparks

What are Sparks? The in-app currency for sending gifts (digital coffee, flowers, etc.). Free members receive a monthly allowance; more can be purchased.

Account

How do I delete my account? Profile → Settings → Delete account. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
